Easter came and went again! I specifically bought this coat for "Easter Week" last year, back when outfit photos still happened pretty regularly. Mom and I snapped some photos at Job's before Easter dinner on Saturday.
It's funny how much these holidays change as we grow up. Gone are the early mornings spent searching for baskets full of candy, or racing through the backyard hunting for plastic eggs. The only eggs consumed this year were on the Florentine Benedict I had at brunch on Easter Sunday. My family has never celebrated the religious aspect of these holidays, but it is always nice to have a reason to spend time together, to get together with relatives we only see once or twice a year, and to eat delicious scalloped potatoes and lemon meringue pie :)
